Cancellation & Modification Policy
At WoolyArtis™, our goal is to get your custom order to our artisans as quickly as possible so they can begin the sketching and material preparation process.
1. TIME WINDOW FOR CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address, modify the customization details (e.g., color, text), or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hours of placing your order.
After this time window, your order is locked for processing and sent to our Vietnam studio. Once the materials are cut or stitching has begun, we can no longer accept cancellations or modifications without a fee.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE
Please email us immediately at support@woolyartis.com with the subject line:
"Modification - Order #WA..." or "Cancellation - Order #WA..."
Please provide:
- Your Order Number
- The specific change you would like to make (e.g., New Address, New Photo reference)
We will review your request and confirm via email if the change was successful.
3. EXCEPTIONS
Priority Production Orders: If you paid for "Priority Production" ($49.95), your order enters the workflow almost immediately. These orders may not be eligible for cancellation even within the 12-hour window.
