At WoolyArtis™, we believe that good things take time—especially when they are hand-stitched with love. Our top priority is providing you with a masterpiece that captures every detail you envisioned. Since every item is bespoke and made-to-order, we appreciate your patience as our artisans work their magic.

TIMELINE EXPLAINED

Please keep in mind that your package's Estimated Arrival Date is calculated as follows:

Order Processing + Artisan Production Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Arrival

1. Order Processing Time (1-2 Days)
We review your personalization details to ensure everything is clear before handing it over to our studio. During high-volume seasons, this may take up to 3 days.

2. Artisan Production Time (1-5 Days)
This is where the magic happens. Our skilled artisans in Vietnam will meticulously handcraft your product stitch by stitch. Unlike mass-produced toys, our dolls require hours of precision to capture the likeness of your loved ones.
*Note: During this phase, quality checks are performed strictly. We only ship when the product meets our "Heirloom Quality" standards.

3. Shipping Time
Calculated from the moment your order leaves our studio to your doorstep.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We use reliable carriers (USPS, DHL, FedEx) depending on your location.

  • Standard Shipping for US, UK, CA, AU, GE...: 7 - 10 business days (after production is finished).

*Please note: Since our products are shipped directly from our artisan workshop in Vietnam to ensure authenticity and quality control, international shipping times apply.

SHIPPING FEES & UPGRADES

 STANDARD Tracked Shipping ($6.95)
This covers standard handling and insured shipping. Total turnaround time (Production + Shipping) is typically 8-15 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is handcrafted, quality-checked, and shipped, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number (usually within 1-3 days after production finishes). You can use this number to follow your package's journey home.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties once they reach the destination country. WoolyArtis™ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and we have no control over customs delays.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Please double-check your shipping address (including Apt/Unit numbers and ZIP codes). If you spot an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

WoolyArtis™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

HOLIDAY CUT-OFF DATES

During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day), production times may extend. We will publish specific "Order By" dates on our website. We cannot guarantee on-time arrival for orders placed after these cut-off dates.
